2. What data we process
We only process data you voluntarily submit through the website forms: name, email, phone, information about your project or wedding and any other information you provide.
The website does not use tracking cookies or analytics tools. The only thing stored in your browser is the selected language (localStorage), so it can be remembered on your next visit.
3. Why and on what basis
We use the data to reply to your request, prepare a quote and communicate about a possible collaboration. The legal basis is your consent (submitting the form) and steps taken prior to entering into a contract.
4. Where data is stored
Form submissions are processed by our hosting provider Netlify (Netlify Forms) and forwarded to our email. Netlify may store data outside the EU in accordance with its own privacy terms. We keep the data for no longer than 24 months after the last contact, unless a contract is concluded.
5. Your rights
You have the right to request access to your data, to correct or delete it, to restrict processing and to withdraw consent. Write to info@gowxs.com. If you believe your rights have been violated, you may contact the Latvian Data State Inspectorate.
